About this tool

Need only the signature page of a contract, or three chapters of a long manual? Type the pages you want — single numbers and ranges can be combined, such as 1, 4-6, 10 — and PDFly builds a new PDF containing only those pages, in ascending order.

The original file is left unchanged, and the extracted pages keep their full quality, links and text.

Questions about Extract Pages

Can I extract pages in a different order?

Extract keeps ascending order. To change the order, extract first and then use the Reorder pages tool.

What happens with page numbers that don't exist?

They are ignored. For example, 8-20 in a 10-page file extracts pages 8 to 10.

Can I extract every odd page?

Type them as a list, e.g. 1,3,5,7,9. For many pages, Split with custom ranges may be faster.
